Our concept is to provide personal clarity as the first step in the 3UYS process. By having participants fill out a short personality profiler consisting of 18 true/false situations followed by one where we ask you to pick two choices from ten possibilities, we are able to provide you with insight as to who you really are and then providing you with additional details about the other personality types we have identified that then help you discover ways to deal with others that think differently than you. Recognizing the differences in others can make all your interactions mutually better!
